Pay & Benefits Banding

In accordance with the Academies Financial Handbook, the trust must publish on its website in a separate readily accessible form the number of employees whose benefits exceeded £100k, in £10k bandings, for the previous year ended 31 August. Benefits for this purpose include salary, employers’ pension contributions, other taxable benefits and termination payments. This information is shown in the table below with a separate disclosure of the number of staff whose pay exceeded £100k per annum in the year to 31 August 2021, and those whose pay and benefits (including employer pension contributions) exceeded £100k over the same period.
